About

Tim McCallum
Hello, I’m Tim. 👋

I’m a dad to Jack, a husband to Stephanie, and a marine engineer âš“ by education, license, and profession. My professional and personal interests are too numerous to count: marine engineering → leadership & management → computers, technology, gaming, 3D printing and so much more.

Professionally, I’ve been a Chief Engineer aboard offshore tugs, an engineering manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of dozens of vessels and crews, and a corporate engineering executive focused on leading teams through industry-defining projects and embracing new technologies at the forefront of the maritime field.

Hands down, though, my favorite occupation is being a dad.

I grew up in Scituate, Massachusetts and received my B.S. from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. I moved to the Corpus Christi, Texas area for work, lived in Texas for nearly fifteen years, and have since relocated back to Massachusetts.
